Influenced by Apple Co., terminal manufacturers, operating system developers, operators and Internet companies on the mobile phone industry chain have launched their own app stores one after another. After the crazy development of the year2010and2011, many applications of stores have closed down in succession due to the overall profit ability inadequacy, lack of competitive advantages from the end of2011.As a core part of mobile phone supply chain, App Store’s problems make virtuous development of mobile phone supply chain in great risk. It’s of great significance to promote virtuous and fast development for terminal App Store to improve and optimize its operation mode. This article at first illustrates mobile phone supply chain’s characteristics, the concept, present situation and trend of App Store. The state of App Store in mobile phone supply chain and its implication are also analyzed, on the basis of which reasons of these problems are researched combined with the theory of operation mode. At the end of this article improved suggestions are put forward for business mode of terminal application stores on the theoretical basis of supply chain management and the core competence.
