The human resources management is the enterprise activity is an importantcomponent, along with the practice and further study, people have recognized theexcellent human resources management can effectively enhance organizationalperformance. This article is precisely based on such background, select the advertisingindustry as the research object, to reveal the human resource management and enterpriseperformance between existing after all relations, human resources management whichspecific dimensions can most effectively improve enterprise performance and the differentcharacteristics of advertising enterprises how to choose suitable actual human resourcesmanagement strategy.The general structure is: the first part is the introduction, mainly presents the researchbackground and significance of the research, points out the research contents, framework,methods and innovations. The second part is a review of the literature, the literature, on thebasis of human resource management theory and the latest research progress oncomprehensive review. The third part is the questionnaire design and research hypothesisanalysis. Including the selection of independent variables and dependent variables andcontrol variables, the design of the questionnaire method and so on, put forward on the basisof the need to verify the five hypothesis. The fourth part is the empirical analysis anddiscussion, first analyzes the human resources management and organizational performancepart of the questionnaire to test the validity and reliability, on the basis of simple correlationanalysis to describe the human resource management and organizational performancerelationship, and use the regression analysis to quantify the relationship between deepanalysis, regression analysis, including the human resources management and organizationalperformance relationship between general regression, human resource management andorganizational performance of each dimension of the regression analysis and differenceanalysis of different features of advertising company. The fifth part is the conclusion part,including the article summary, limitations and future research prospect.
