At present, with the pressure on macro economy in China becoming more and more serious, organizations have to take more care about the problem that how to make the profit maximization objective come true with using the lest resource. Although these empirical researches about high performance work system in strategic human resource management are supportive to the idea that HPWS is positively related to organization performance, it is obviously proved that these enterprise which did not adopt HPWS also perform well. While, based on the configuration theory in SHRM, Human resource configuration provides a new view to consider about the relationship between human resource practices and OP.HRC theory insists that the bundle of human resource practices effective on OP is more significant than the summation of single human resource practices, moreover, it is the symbolic characteristic for HRC which aims that the human resource bundle method to increase OP is various. Combining with the enterprise’s complex surroundings under Special Chinese circumstances, this study puts forward three HRC types refer to overseas researches, development,collaboration and documentation HRC.According to former researches, Intellectual capital regarded as the employees’ knowledge and ability, which, in turn, would promote the core competitiveness of organizations, what’s more, this study divides IP in three dimensions like human capital, social capital and organizational capital. However, scholars have different thought about whether OP index is objective performance such as financial indicators or subjective performance likes questionnaire, in our study, we decide to choose later based on theoretical analysis that many scholars agree this viewpoint, which regards that the prodigious reality between objective performance and subjective performance through empirical researches.As Becker and his colleagues noted "To date there is very little research that describes the processes through which human resource management systems influence the principal intermediate variable that ultimately affect firm performance". This study aims to introduce IP as the intermediate variable between HRC and OP to verify the path that how human resource practices bundles influence the subjective performance through empirical analysis. This study is divided in to five parts as followed.1. Introduction. This part introduces the background of the research, how the question is put forward, the research significance, the research methods, the framework of research and the innovations.2. Literature review. This part reviews the related researches of SHRM of workers, including the research view of SHRM, the feature and classification of configuration theory。Besides, introducing the conception of HRC、IP and OP in detail such as the different relationship about human resource systems、the relationship between HRC and IP,and so on.3. Research content and overall design. First, we explain classification criterion of three variables. Secondly, put forward to the model and hypothesis of this study after teasing their logical relationship. Finally, introduce the design and collection of questionnaire and descriptive statistics about the samples.4. Statistical analysis. This part makes reliability and validity of three scales firstly, and then take the correlation analysis and regression analysis about each variable dimension to verify the path that how human resource practices bundles influence the subjective performance through empirical analysis.5. Research conclusion. This part includes the results of data analysis, main conclusions and suggestions, limitations, and prospects of future research.In a word, this innovations of this research as follows:(1)This research is based on a new perspective of strategic human resources management to study the relationship between HRC and OP, which under the special Chinese culture, enriches the scope of the theory of HRC.(2)Introduce intellectual capital as the intermediate variable between HRC and OP,verify the path that how human resource practices bundles influence the subjective performance through empirical analysis, which proved that the way of human resource practices to improve OP is various.
