At present, China’s small and medium-sized logistics enterprises confront withserious financing difficulties in the form of large financing difficulties as well as highcosts and risks of financing. It is difficult to finance for small and medium-sized logisticsenterprises due to both their business and industry reasons and the limitation from thecredit system, capital market and the social intermediary services. In order to solve thisproblem, small and medium-sized logistics enterprises should promote their internalmanagement, commercial banks should develop logistics banks collateral loan business,and government should support the development of logistics parks and accelerate thedevelopment of capital market. There is also a necessary for government to set up aprofessional guarantee institution like U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) even tofound a policy bank adapted the small and medium enterprises.The thesis consists of five parts. Part1mainly researchs on the backgrounds andimpacts of financing issues of small and medium sized logistics enterprises, in addition,it introduces the up-to-date states of financing of small and medium sized logisticsenterprises both home and abroad; Part2describes the development history of small andmedium sized logistics enterprises in China,the impacts to the development of economyand society, and the difficulties for the development of China’s small and medium sizedlogistics enterprises, and clear point out that the main problem four it is financing issue;Part3analyzes the difficulties for small and medium sized logistics enterprises financingand the causes;Part4uses the Z-score model to experiment the risks for the listed smalland medium sized logistics enterprises and provides the commercial banks withsuggestions when granting loans to;Part5based on the researches made by aboveparts,it reaches the conclusion suggestions the financial institutions,especially to thefinancial regulatory aothorities.
