Along with the organization scale is unceasing expanding, the staff quantity isunceasing increasing, the existing work form is more and more unable to satisfy the needof the enterprise’s fast growth, the team as the core organization form obtained thevigorous development, but the team can not establish in short-term, the construction ofteam involves in many questions, the team cooperation become leader’s puzzle.Nowadays is the financial economy time, security company has played the pivotal role inthe financial group, but it is different with the developed country consummation systemand the organization skeleton, our security company has very many problems. Securitycompany’s each department is the relations which each other independent also is closerelates, therefore especially is important in security company interior each department aswell as between department’s staff’s team cooperation, hoped through this article research,may provide some models and the mentality,the basic situation and the section asfollow:First chapter, introduction. Mainly introduce topic background, researchsignificance, research frame, research technique, innovation place.Second chapter, literature summary. To sum up literature of team cooperation andorganization performance aspect and the predecessor study, makes the further upholstery.Third chapter, correlation theories summary. The simple introduction team and theteam cooperation theory knowledge.Fourth chapter, frame skeleton and limits variable. Mainly carry on the variable forthe limits, the questionnaire design, propose the research supposition, processes to thesample and so on.Fifth chapter, empirical analysis. Mainly carry on the descriptive analysis, thecorrelation analysis, the validity analysis and the regression analysis to the questionnairedata, provide the support for draws the conclusion, is the entire paper core link.Sixth chapter, conclusion and limitation, forecast. Forms the paper the conclusion,the description paper limitation, will propose the new forecast.The present paper organizes the achievements to take the dependent variable, usesthe questionnaire survey to collect data, conducts the analysis research through SPSS17.0, to the securities company employee’s team cooperation research, drawsfollowing conclusion:(1) Team member displays have a positive impact on the task performance and thecontextual performance.(2Team culture has a positive effect on the contextual performance.(3)Team goal has the positive tropism on the task performance and the contextualperformance.(4) The team atmosphere has a positive effect on task performance.(5)The team leader had no significant effect on organizational performance.Through to the team cooperation research, proposed the forecast, provides thementality and the suggestion for other scholar’s further research.
