The Construction And Palnning Of Logistics System In The Process Of New Urbanization Type In Sichuan Province

With the rapid development of economy in China, the urbanization rate of China raise from30%in1996to50%in2011. It means China has basically realized the urbanization. But in Sichuan province, the rate of urbanization was only41.38%in2011. This is lower than the average level in China, reflecting that the level of economy and industry need to be developped urgently. The logistics industry, as the service industry, has largely influence the industry, agriculture, commerce and other industies. Sichuan province is highly focus on the development of logistics industry. In the construction of the western economic highland stratagy and the development of bulid one hub, three center and four base, the level of urbanization is rising. This means the demands of logistics service are more diversified, specialization and accuratation. The logistics industry is from traditional logistics to the modern logistics, at the meantime, the logistics demands are more and more.This thesis analysed the history of urbanization in China and other countries. Especially analysed the present situation of the new urbanization type in Sichuan province. Based on the characteristics of new urbanization type, the thesis research on the logistics demand and spatial distribution of Sichuan province. And then forcasting the logistics demand by the way of L-OD theory in order to analyse the relationship of logistics demand and supply. Using the SWOT method to research on the advantages, weaknesses, opptunities and threatens in the logistics system in Sichuan province. And then to research on the logistics system and stucture. At last, the thesis put forward the countermeasures of the logistics system in the new urbanization type in Sichuan province.The thesis based on the process of new urbanization type, researching on the construction and planning of logistics system. This research is beneficial to make the resonable lotistics system, so that to promote the construction of the estern highland and the development of economy in Sichuan province.
