In recent years, social logistics demands remain high-speed trend, the state and relevant departments attach great importance to the logistics industry, it is an opportunity but also challenge for modern logistics industry. At present, the problems such as the high rate of idle resources, unreasonable logistics node planning and the low degree of informatization are the important factors that restrict logistics development. With the deepening of the urban joint distribution pilot work, many cities focus on the theme— "accelerate the construction of city logistics system,integrate logistics resources, optimization of logistics distribution network", and explore new ways to improve logistics efficiency and reduce the cost.In order to solve the problems of urban distribution and improve the logistics distribution system, this thesis puts forward to constructing urban tertiary logistics system from the angle of joint distribution, which is supported by Logistics Park,distribution centers, joint distribution network. Taking Shijiazhuang as an example,the current logistics situation and existing problems are analyzed through a survey,and using multiple regression prediction and gray prediction to forecast the freight volumes of Shijiazhuang in 2020, according to the predicted logistics demands, using the method of parameter to estimate the total scale of logistics park of Shijiazhuang in 2020,which gives advice for the future logistics park planning; For the distribution center location problem using two-step decision method, the factors affecting site selection are divided into qualitative and quantitative factors, for the quantitative factors establishing cost model, then using the lingo software programming to solve the model, for qualitative factors using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to select the overall optimal solution. In addition, the thesis also sums up the four common forms of joint distribution and analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages as well as the joint distribution operation strategy, and in the end builds the city logistics public information platform.Building urban tertiary logistics system and developing the urban jointdistribution can solve the low efficiency of urban distribution and reduce the pressure on urban traffic, the studies of this thesis aims at offer some suggestions for urban logistics planning and enterprise carrying out joint distribution.
