Solution Design On The CRH Express Business Operation

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the e-commerce industry, the express industry as an emerging industry shows a vigorous, growing demand for express provides a broad development opportunity to the courier companies. And in recent years, the rapid expansion of high railway network and high-speed characteristics of fast speed, low cost, high reliability, let high-speed rail express, the new express business models emerge as the times require, now in trial operation stage of the high-speed rail courier showed great potential for development and growth. But with the expansion of high-speed rail service delivery shortcomings gradually exposed, High-speed Rail based on passenger traffic is not only lacking of form a complete set of technical equipment and business outlets in handling freight, in the "door to door service" is also faced with weak ability of embarrassment.In this paper, the CRH express business operation is divided into three levels of "point, line and plane", choose some of the most core and most important aspects to design business operation plan. In the "point" level, emphatically analyzed the CRH express outlets and transport equipment supporting technology and equipment scheme; In the "line" level, the main choice for high-speed network and the network connection between structure and function of network adjustment scheme is put forward; In the aspect of "plane" level, mainly for full operation of the whole business of business organizational model proposed better solutions, including transport organization and business model.Design on technical equipment in train, platform, station and loading equipment is proposed in this paper; In network structure, this paper puts forward the layout scheme based on hub and spoke network, and builds hierarchical division outlets selected index system, using the method of system cluster analysis and K-means algorithm, decision making out the classification of network level, and plans their functions; Business organization plans include transport organization and business management, this paper puts forward four kinds of railway transport organization plan, arguing that the CRE with other courier companies to cooperate, to play the advantages of railway transportation, to make up for the inadequacy of door to door service ability, and can open railway transportation resources, taken managers rather than the role of the operators, reduce the cost of business operations and difficulty.
