With integration of free trade and world economic processes, growing market competition, manufacturers are facing with unprecedented challenges. In addition to increasing complexity of production systems, manufacturing enterprises must be faced with a personality and a variety of issues of consumer demand, and suffer from the pressure of reducing costs, improving delivery reliability, delivery speed. These put forward higher requirements for the production planning and control of production the plan of enterprises. Need to develop more flexible production planning and control strategy.This paper studied the production-distribution system under the coordination hedging pionts control strategy, and presented the collaborative production plan for the P/D under the control of multi-product hedging pionts. This article did the following work:(1) Using Agent technology developed a distributed production-distribution cooperative planning model allowing the case of out-of-stock levels in the supply chain. Agent technology is a good communication and information sharing mechanism, as focused on Distributed System planners have a great advantage. The development of producers and distributors of the synergy between the mechanisms, making producers and distributors to establish a stable and cooperative relationship, and increase the demand for manufacturing capacity in response to changes;(2) Considering the hedging pionts control issue of a single product of by manufacturers, allowing manufacturers to develop a minimum hedging pionts cost control strategy and giving the optimal hedging pionts given point method of manufacturing systems through the analysis;(3) Through improving the single-product model of the hedging pionts control, the paper established the hedging pionts control strategy of collaborative production plan for the P/D system. Based on the method of flow rate, the results of production planning were applied on multi-products model of the hedging pionts control, and the production hedging pionts took collaboration with the distributor into account. Improve flexible manufacturing systems from the perspective of supply chain for production control,(4) With the help of Matlab software, the paper solved a12-cycle demand changing coordination planning of the production-distribution systems in a supply chain. And through the improved model of the hedging pionts control, achieved the optimal hedging pionts of the production. Comparing with the cost of production planning model, chose the optimal combination of the two demand parameters. This provided a theoretical foundation and practice for the control of multi-products hedging pionts in the P/D collaborative production planning.
