| With the global financial crisis continues to impact the world economy system and great changes in the political and social environment, the foreign trade situation of small and medium enterprises (SMPEs) is not optimistic.Meanwhile both the complex and varied customer needs and the due date requirements increase the pressure of the enterprises dramatically.Because SMPEs want to survive and develop in a competitive environment,many companies shift from the traditional make-to-stock(MTS,Make-To-Stock) to make-to-order (MTO,Make-To-Order). It has practical and theoretical significance to research the collaborative supply chain management based on MTO mode.This thesis focuses to research MTO collaborative supply chain management using the mathematical programming methods, and its main goal is minimizing the total cost of supply chain.(1) Firstly,this thesis defines the supply chain based on MTO mode,and proposes MTO supply chain structure, characteristic and operation mode based on the researching of traditional supply chain operation mode.Then it proposes MTO supply chain collaborative management.(2) Secondly,this thesis analyzes the current supply chain optimization methods and points out that the modeling methods of collaborative supply chain management are supply chain collaborative management by contract, multi-Agent systems simulation and mathematical programming.Then it analyzes the factors of cost of MTO supply chain.(3) Thirdly,this thesis research on the cost construction of supply chain,and establishes total cost mode which includes suppliers, manufacturers and customers.After that,this thesis establishes SMPEs collaborative supply chain management model based on MTO mode(4) Finally,this thesis verifies the effectiveness of the model by the means of analyzing examples. |
