With economic development and technological advances, electronic products have penetrated deeply into our daily lives, such as computers, mobile phones, televisions, washing machines etc. Costs of raw material generally account for more than70%of the total cost in electronic products manufacturing enterprises, so the optimization of procurement is of great significance as well as selecting the suppliers of electronic components, which can help electronic products manufacturing enterprises to reduce costs and improve the competitiveness.This thesis studied the supplier selection problem of electronic components from two perspectives. First, from a product perspective supplier selection problem of electronic components is studied which is combined with production process in the condition of controlling products FCTPPM(the number of defective products when one million products was detected in FCT) and ICTPPM(the number of defective electronic components when one million electronic components was detected in ICT). Second, from the perspective of quality control of general electronic components, the supplier selection problem is studied in the condition of controlling electronic components PPM. This paper is focused on four issues as follows:Firstly, the relationship was researched between ICTPPM, FCTPPM and PPM of electronic components, Through the investigation of actual production process and the analysis of process of production process. The relationship between ICTPPM and electronic components PPM is determined as well as the relationship between FCTPPM and electronic components PPM. The model between ICTPPM and electronic components PPM was established as well as between FCTPPM and electronic components PPM.Secondly, supplier selection problem was researched which was constrained by product FCTPPM. In the premise of determining the relationship between the product FCTPPM and the electronic components PPM, the model of electronic components supplier selection was established which was constrained by product FCTPPM. For the model, genetic algorithm and the average price ranking and cost-effective priority heuristic algorithm(APCP) and the average price ranking and price priority heuristic algorithm(ARPP) were proposed to solve this issue. At last experiments were designed to analyze the algorithms performance.Thirdly, supplier selection problem was researched which was constrained by product ICTPPM. In the premise of determining the relationship between the product ICTPPM and the electronic components PPM, the model of electronic components supplier selection was established which was constrained by product ICTPPM. By the Comparison of the two models, algorithms which were based on the model of FCTPPM can also be used to solve the problem. The model of ICTPPM was a liner model, CPLEX could also be used to solve this model.At last experiments were designed to analyze the algorithms performance.Fourthly, supplier selection problem was researched which was constrained by PPM of electronic components. From the perspective of general electronic components, the model was established of electronic components supplier selection which was constrained by electronic components PPM. CPLEX and cost-effective priority heuristic (CEP) were used to solve the model.At last experiments were designed to analyze the algorithms performance.
