Study On Supplier Quality Management Of Company G

Enterprises should depend on support of excellent suppliers to achieve long-term business development in fierce market competition.Raw material quality of supplier has direct impact on product and service quality of enterprises according to total quality management theory.Besides,effectiveness of supplier quality management matters survival and development of enterprises.This thesis takes company G as an example.It starts from the basic theory of supply chain management,supplier quality management,supplier selection method,supplier incentive mechanism.Afterwards,incoming materials quality control management process and supplier quality management process have been introduced.This thesis analyses and summarizes supplier quality management weaknesses and their main reasons of company G from aspects of supplier selection and evaluation,supplier quality control,supplier quality performance evaluation,quality information sharing with supplier,support and training of supplier based on in-depth investigation.At last,this thesis puts forward to improvement proposals of those weakness aspects of Company G based on advanced theory and modern supplier quality management experience.This thesis optimizes supplier quality management system from those aspects,including taking reasonable classification and differential management of suppliers,optimizing method of supplier selection and index of evaluation,optimizing quality process audit index,encouraging suppliers to take part in product design process,enhancing quality control from supplier's manufacturing processes,establishing supplier quality evaluation model and effective supplier incentive mechanism,setting up information sharing platform with suppliers,supporting and driving suppliers for continual quality improvement.The study results presented in this thesis have a referential significance on supplier quality management of manufacturing enterprises.
