The farmers’ professional cooperatives as following the household contract responsibility system to benefit farmers, agriculture is another organizational innovation, since established in the1980s to play in the operation degree of farmers’ organizations, to promote the industrialized operation of agriculture, increasing farmers’ income a huge role. Also exposed many of the problems in the development process, including a more prominent problem is that China’s accession to the farmers’ professional cooperatives of farmers is still very small, ie, farmers join a company rate is very low. The farmers ’professional cooperatives is the product of the development of market economy, its starting point and the ultimate home are farmers, it should be to respect the farmers wishes to meet farmers needs for healthy development of the fundamental purpose of our farmers’ professional cooperatives. This paper studies farmers to join the Factors Affecting Willingness of farmers’ professional cooperatives, which reveals the main reason farmers did not join the farmers’ professional cooperatives to understand farmer participation and cooperation of demand will attract more farmers to join farmers’ professional cooperatives and enable it to more farmers to bring more benefits to grasp the basic status of the farmers’ specialized cooperatives in China, to solve the current problems and to develop relevant and reasonable policy measures to have great significance for the government.This article is based on farmers’ professional cooperatives of existing research results on the basis of the first farmers to join the various factors affecting farmers’ professional cooperatives willingness to carry out a preliminary theoretical analysis and experience, from farmers to the internal conditions and external environment as the starting point of the study, followed by the farmers’ personal characteristics, family characteristics, characteristics of the area where the village agricultural and technical characteristics, characteristics of the social environment and policy support features six research. Design a questionnaire to a sample survey in the field, Jiangxi Province farmers for the survey to collect relevant data, and then the application of computer tools for correlation analysis and Probit binary regression model to deal with after finishing these data, empirical research farmers to join farmers’ professional cooperatives, in order to study these theoretical factors and farmers willingness to join the association and associated extent of targeted policy recommendations, and finally concluded.
