Farmers’ Professional Cooperative Financing Present Situation And Influence Factors Analysis In Shanxi Province

Farmers’ professional cooperatives is a new type of agricultural economicorganization, it can organized a small scale farmers to professional large-scaleproduction of the production and business operation, improving agriculturalmanagement of income and ultimately increasing farmers’ income, so the farmers’professional cooperatives in the development of modern agriculture plays a veryimportant role in our country. The central document of "number one" for many yearsgives policy suggestions on the development of cooperatives, and urged relevantdepartments to support it, which suggests the government would promote thetransformation of agricultural, improve the agricultural production and promote therealization of agricultural modernization and determination. However, the developmentof farmers’ professional cooperatives in our country is very slow at present stage, thecooperatives on a smaller scale, organizational structure is loose, and the organizationsystem is not perfect, which can lead to low cooperative funds, so the farmers’professional co-operatives finance research has very important practical significance.This paper expounds the related concepts of farmers’ professional cooperativefinancing, and describes the development of farmers’ professional co-operatives inshanxi characteristic and the present situation of financing. Secondly, we search60farmers’ professional co-operatives in shanxi in the field research, on the basis offarmers’ professional co-operatives, the cooperatives capital of Shanxi Province isobtained in this paper, the current imbalance of supply and demand and descriptivecooperative’s assets, operating conditions, the cooperative level, cooperatives legalperson personal characteristics and the influence of external environment condition ofcooperative finance, and an empirical analysis using the Logit model direction andextent of the impact of these factors on the cooperatives. The empirical results show thatthe cooperative balance sheets, president of cooperative organization and managementability have a positive impact on cooperative financing, and the degree of influence isbigger. The author selects three cooperatives on the basis of the above empirical results.The author deeply analyzes the influence factors analysis of different environment,different type, and the restriction factors of different financing characteristics of farmers’professional co-operatives. Finally the conclusion of the empirical and case analysis, theauthor of this paper, in combination with the current actual situation of Shanxi Province, puts forward improving the financing factors influencing the cooperatives, improve thecooperative personnel quality and expand the financing channels and so on.On the one hand，the research help to complement the existing cooperativefinancing theory, on the other hand provide reference for the development ofcooperatives to solve the plight of the cooperative. Innovation point of this paper isusing the Logit model empirical analysis the basic situation of the cooperative directionand extent of the influence of financing, combined with the case are discussed.
