China’s social pension insurance system has gone through30years of development, ithas adapted to the needs of the market economy, but there are still some deficiencies.Particularly, the gap of pension benefits between enterprises and institutions for retiredworkers has been widening,the financial pressure has been gradually increasing burden onthe government, which have aroused public concern. So construction and optimization ofoccupational pension system has the theoretical and practical significance for shrinkinggap between the systems and achieving a fair Pratt&Whitney. After checking theLiteratures, the paper studyies mainly from the following five aspects to design andoptimize occupational pension system:Firstly, the paper analyzes the concepts and theories of occupational pension system,explains the necessity and feasibility to establish occupational pension system. The paperbuilds the relationship between the total GDP value and occupational pension with SPSSsoftware.The results confirm that the relationship can provide a sound economic basis forthe establishment of occupational pension system, and the paper overviews of occupationalpension system design. Secondly, the paper studies designing and optimization ofoccupational pension system---financing, payment, investment and regulation o, mainly forthe financing of occupational pension, benefit, investment, regulation in four areas in detail,specifically includes comparative analysis of financing patterns, comparative analysis ofpayment patterns, actuarial model of replacement rate and its calculation through EXCEL,optimization model of contribution ratio and its calculation through EXCEL, theoreticaloverview of investment patterns, optimization model of proportion of investment assetsand its calculation through WinQSB software, international comparative analysis ofregulatory. Thirdly, this paper summarizes the overall designing and optimization ofoccupational pension scheme, and uses Vensim software to predict the operation ofoccupational pension. The results confirm that the paper of designing and optimization ofoccupational pension system is not only reasonable in theory, but also feasible in the actual operation. Finally, the paper puts forward targeted suggestions from four angles-financing,payment, investment and regulation.The features of this paper lie in designing comprehensive institutional frameworkfrom financing, payment, investment and regulation, and in making the framework moresystematic through optimizing the proportion of occupational pension and model ofinvestment patterns. Finally, demonstrate the design and optimization of occupationalpension scheme empirically.
