After joined into WTO and in the background of being permeated and merged by foreign invested retail tycoons such as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Best Buy etc., Chinese retail business has become one of the businesses which are changing rapidly, most commercialized and severest competitive in recent years. With the change of retail environment, the acceleration of economic globalization, the increase of diversified and personalized customer demands, the tide of e-commerce and the popularization of mobile device and internet access, the traditional retail businesses around the world are experiencing a completed transform time. However, the traditional department stores in China are staying in the mode of promoting sales of products, which weaken operational capability and strength of competition, and narrow the growth space in the market.The competition on commercial mode is and will be the form of competition between retail enterprises at present and in the future.Taking the project MM as example, it processes empirical study to typical enterprise, analyzing current commercial mode and problems of the project. Through analyzing demands from different stakeholders in the value net, it builds up digitized network to connect stakeholders by RMF analysis method, purposing to innovate and integrate commercial mode that is customer-value-oriented and stakeholders’demands are satisfied as well. It turns the traditional retail business from a goods provider into a planner and server for a series of special shopping experiences, so as to make profit continuously and improve the competition strength of department stores in the new business environment.
