The development of science and technolog always bring a great progress to society. The 21 st century is the era of the development of information technology, it changes people’s life, work and study, the distance between different countries and regions of the world has become more and more close. The change of the distance has changed the marketing environment, and the competition among the enterprises becomes intense. The appearance of electronic commerce completely changes the business model of corporate, the pattern of industry market changes subtly. And the change of department retailer is more big, which influences the traditional retail business model seriously. In 2012, according to official statistics, Chinese online trading grows an average of 72%, the quality goods is the fastest to 350%, and is very different from the traditional depressed market. By the end of 2013, online retail accounts for about 20% of the industry turning point in the social total retail sales of commodities. Electricity war becomes more intense, market competition has been heated, how to do about traditional business? Both any department store and a brand agent seems to be in the doom, how to break through in the jungle. Occupying a place is an urgent problem to solve for traditional retailer, CS group retail is not exception. This article is based on the problems, explores the development of e-commerce business models of the CS group department. In the modern market, enterprises competition is the key factor for enterprise gaining a competitive advantage, therefore how CS group department of e-commerce business model innovates to embody the novel, and has a mature e-commerce mode of differences and advantages, and adapts to consumer demand, will be the focus of this study, and this study probes into the innovation of e-business model, checks its unique function and effect, contribution to the new e-commerce business model.As follows is the main structure of this paper. First, we learn the current research state of e-commerce business model by the method of literature research; Then it analyses the CS group general retail business environment and present situation, and expound the dynamic tendency of the development of the formats; Then, according to the current CS group environment and present situation and its advantages, explore how to develop innovative business models, and design include the market positioning, product positioning, business model, profit model, payment pattern design and service differentiation etc, i.e. establish of regional vertical integrated e-commerce platform, realize the combination of online and offline business model through television, computer and mobile phone getting into three network platform. In addition to providing the corresponding products, we pay more attention to the construction of quality service. Finally, according to the design of regional vertical integrated e-commerce platform, we experience the design model, from the effect of operation, we has obtained the corresponding results in preliminary stage, but the mode will be operated in the future, the superiority of the new model of electronic commerce will be appeared gradually, it also provide reference for the business model innovation of the other traditional department store.
