The Research On The Jiangxi Province Rural Financial Development

Financial capital as an important factor of economic growth, is the focus of macroeconomics research. Jiangxi as a major agricultural province, rural economy is an important part of the economy. But a variety of research shows that restrict the rural economic development an important bottleneck is the rural financial development lags behind, which reflect the government on the development of the rural financial institutions have not given sufficient support, financial institutions lack of innovation, product supply and demand contradictions sharp, financial institutions more be in the service of the city rural residents existing financial exclusion phenomenon.These resulted jiangxi rural financial repression, failed to play the role of promoting economic growth. So we need to establish a perfect rural financial system, to support the jiangxi rural economic rapidly and stably develop.This paper first according to the economic growth theory, analyses the correlation between the rural economic growth and financial development. Based on the1998-2010financial data.the paper researched the jiangxi rural financial system existing problem unbalance of supply and demand, reveals the jiangxi rural financial development status and shortcomings.Then through the measurement model analysis the connection between jiangxi rural financial development level and jiangxi rural economic growth,found that jiangxi rural financial development exists certain "financial inhibition" phenomenon.And from the breakthrough point, this paper expounds the new type of rural financial institutions. At last combined with the actual situation of jiangxi, to perfect the rural financial development, the paper put forward the countermeasure proposal.I believe that to promote jiangxi rural financial development has certain directive significance to promote the rapid development of jiangxi rural economy.
