The Optimal Design Of Control System Of YC Mining Industry Co Ltd

With the establishment of YC Mining Industry Co Ltd in2009, the company has been in the process of rapid growth. Through building management platform, the company has always been seeking ways for resource integration. Although the mining company has achieved impressive achievements, it still faces many problems and difficulties, of which, the most important is the selection and design of the control mode, the responsibility division and the specific control measures.Based on this, using the qualitative research, literature study and case study, and in order to extend the oil and mining companies as the research object, we want to optimize the control mode of the Yanchang Petroleum Mining Industry Co Ltd. First, the study purpose, significance, and framework are described. Second, the reading and collection of the parent-subsidiary control theory lay the theoretical foundation for this article. Third, we introduce the overview of the mining company, and analyze the control situation and existing problems. Fourth, control mode has been developed from the perspective of organizational structure, decision-making mechanism and monitoring mechanism. Finally, this paper discusses problems that may arise in the implementation of design and make appropriate recommendations to tackle the problem.Using the Yanchang Petroleum Mining Industry Co Ltd as the study object, this paper carries out the optimization of the control mode. It is hoped that the research could provide a reference for the other enterprises which have diversified equity structure.
