"Economic man" in a long time are the basic premise of economic theory andmodels, based on this assumption, the behavior of people participate in economicactivities are only pursuing their own interests to maximize do not care about thefairness of income distribution. In recent years, behavioral economics and gameexperiments show that economic activity should not be overlooked in people with fairpreference for this characteristic. Many scholars have started from the perspective ofpeople with fairness preference to study the companies compensation contract model.The company’s remuneration policy is an important factor in affecting the employees intheir daily work, the behavior of employees has a direct impact on corporateperformance, to decide on the business performance and long-term developmentinterests.Reference to the methods and conclusions of previous studies to analyze the factorsthat reflect the corporate members of the pay gap caused due to input differences andindependent of the input difference. Personal investment in the enterprise, the pay gapdoes not cause people’s sense of injustice, only with the personal investment unrelatedto the pay gap between part will cause people do not feel fair, and remove the pay gapdue to the input difference, left under the salary gap between the extent that the salaryinequities. Build enterprise unfair salary index, then the Chinese A-share listedcompanies’ financial data to the empirical analysis of the enterprise pay inequities.Review of the enterprise pay inequities and Performance, then fair preference toemployees specific measure of abstract psychological concept, an integratedpresentation of the assumptions of the employees and executives equity preferenceequity preference and corporate performance relationship. Use of the listed companiesfinancial data empirical analysis of the relationship between remuneration of executivesand staff of unfair extent and Top Executives’ Pay unfair degree of corporateperformance.
