More and more experts and scholars have proved the existence of fairness preference and introduced it into the supply chain to seek the optimization mechanism of supply chain.Most scholars study the impact of fairness preference on supply chain coordination under different contractual conditions,that is,"group first,then members".However,The reality is that there are many types of research on fairness preference,and fairness preference are the existing literature in the traditional research on direct hypothesis of supply chain members a fairness preference,and not on the supply chain subject choice of supply chain partners,so the research of this paper on the basis of supply chain subject choice of supply chain partners Introduction Research on fairness preference,different type of equity preference of supply chain partner selection of supply chain subject.This paper assumes that there are three types of suppliers and retailers with differrent fairness preference,and each has the right to choose the other side to build the supply chain.Among them,the three types of fair preference are: self-interested preference,FS fairness preference,Nash fairness preference;The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,under the buyback contract,this paper will discuss the choice of the suppliers and the retailers with self-interested preference.The research shows that selfinterested suppliers are more willing to choose self-interested retailers in the context of maximizing their own profits,so are the self-interested retailers.In other words,they fit in with each other so that the supply chain can be created successfully.Secondly,under the buyback contract,this paper will discuss the choice of the suppliers and the retailers with FS fairness preference.The research shows that the suppliers with FS fairness preference are willing to choose self-interested retailers;the retailers with FS fairness preference are willing to choose the suppliers with the same preference or self-interested preference suppliers.Thirdly,also under the buyback contract,the choice of the suppliers and retailers with Nash fairness preference will be discussed.The research shows that the suppliers with Nash fairness preference are willing to choose self-interested retailers,and the retailers with Nash fairness preference are will to choose self-interested suppliers.At last,the above comprehensive result after selection and matching concludes that only self-interested suppliers and self-interested retailers can build into the supply chain under the premise of maximizing their own profits.The members with FS fairness preference or Nash fairness preference cannot match each other nicely,namely,the partners who they choose are not optimal.However,the suppliers and retailers with Nash fairness preference could choose each other to build into the supply chain for the second best;the supply chain built by ones with FS fairness has become the bottom choice.This paper not only considers the diversity of the supply chain members,but also combines the fair preference and the subject selection behavior,not only can enrich the theoretical research,but also can guide the practice.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance.
