The Risk Analysis And Prevention Research For The Promotion Of Agricultural Science And Technology

The agricultural economy is an important factor of measuring a country’sagriculture development. With the development of China’s economy, agriculturaleconomy plays more and more important roles. During the China’s NPC and CPPCC,the CPC Central Committee and the State Department provided some relevantdocuments which focus on agricultural development again. The Party CentralCommittee also suggested that made agricultural development become a largeindustry which can lead country’s economy development. Countries attachimportance to the agricultural economy s bound to increase the importance ofagricultural extension work in practical work.This article based on the background of the development of agricultural scienceand technology, especially on the respect of risk analysis. On the basis of previousresearch results, agricultural extension, risk analysis, and knowledge to take the lawof literature, empirical analysis, the combination of quantitative and qualitativeanalysis, gray relational analysis in-depth study of agricultural science and technology,and seek effective mechanisms for effective prevention of emerging risks in theprocess of agricultural science and technology issues.This article was divided into five parts, the first part is preface, the second partrefers to the theoretical basis, the third part means the agricultural science andtechnology risk analysis, the forth part refers to the agricultural science andtechnology risk determination which based on gray relational and the last part meansmeasures of risk prevention of agricultural science and technology. Overall, theanalysis research leads following preventive mechanisms: the establishment ofgovernment financial support for long-term mechanism; agricultural science andtechnology risk early warning mechanisms; agricultural science and technology riskspreading mechanism; agricultural science and technology risk restriction mechanism;the mechanism of compensation for loss of agricultural science and technology;agricultural extension service innovation mechanism. Provide a useful theory andapplication of reference for agricultural extension services and extension workers topromote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.
