Research On The Risk Of Chinese Science And Technology In The Risk Society

Since the modern times, science and technology play an increasingly important role in the process of exploring the human nature. It brings great material wealth to mankind, and constantly change the way of the mankind's survived. However, the side effects of science and technology, such as: risks of nuclear power, Risks of genetic engineering, science and technology risks, are potential risks to human's survive and the threat of destruction poses a role in modern society with increasingly serious crisis. Modern science and technology are becoming the biggest contemporary source of social risk; technology risk is closely related to modern society. Facing the crisis, we must regulate technology risk, what the risk of technology is, and how the technology risk comes out. The problems have already mentioned on agenda. The paper intends to conduct on these aspects, combining with the contemporary exploring technology risk in Western society, the expectation for the Chinese regulatory system of technology risk with some thinking and recommendations.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part begins with the content of science and technology risks, satiating the relations between technology risk and social risk, introducing the risk of the related social theory sisterly; the second part satiates the causes of the science and technology from internal and external factors; the third part illustrates the risks of science and technology system in contemporary Western society , the Western countries not only reflection in theory, but also try to prose in practice; the fourth part illustrates the characteristics of contemporary Chinese society and the Regulation situation of Technology Risk; the fifth part, making technology risk measures and proposals for China's regulations.
