The problem on employee quit is more attentive for enterprises and researchersof human resources management at home and abroad.High attrition rates have a directinfluence on employee′s stability,and raise the cost of human resources. In2010,eventeen suicides happened in the biggest Original Equipment Manufacture inthe world,which brough us deep thought and discussion from central leaders togeneral persons. The new report showed up many problems about this enterprise,andone of the most important was high attrition rate,meanwhile fragmental socialrelationship among emlopyees impressed me a lot. By seprating working hours,it isso hard to see each other for families and friends. Because there is nocommunications and living in their own enclosed space,the workers are lack ofsupport from people surround when necessary. So what′s the relationship betweenturnover intention and organization support is the purpose of this article.Lots of literatures reviewed that personality was one of the most importantfactors affected subjective perception of social support,which is aslo possible toaffect the environment surround, then to affect the support quantity in thisenvironment.And the personality about locus of control specially had an importantinfluence on turnover intention.So the object of this study is the relationship amongpensonality about locus of control,organization support and turnover intention. Forthe study of staff relation,the literature before focused on perceived organizationsupport which showed the subjective organization support had influenced turnoverintention a lot,but there was little literature studying the relationship between theobjective organization support(such as tools and actual social networks)and turnoverintention.On the basis of Xiao Shuiyuan′s study,this paper divided organizationsupport into three parts that was the objective organization support,the subjectiveorganization support and the utilization for organization support.On the basis of reviewing related studies,sending out questionairs and dataanalysis by SPSS,it is mainly concluded that:(1)Personality out locus of control is significant positive predictor of oganizationsupport and significant negative predictor of turnover intention;(2)Organization support is significant negative predictor of turnover intention,and the subjective organization support is the most important factor for turnover intention;(3)In the relations among pensonality about locus of control,organizationsupport and turnover intention,organization support acts as an incomplete mediatorvariable.
