Recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization, amomentous change has begun in the enterprise. Managers are increasingly feel theimportance of the relationship between stuff and their working environment of othermembers. The relationship is particularly important in Chinese society which focus onthe “rule of man”. In most cases, leader’s and colleague’s support is more importantthan rules or regulations. The issue about how supervisor support and colleaguesupport effects on turnover intention, domestic and foreign scholars have not reachedagreement. As the core competitiveness of enterprise, how to attract and retain talentis a challenge for the enterprise that who want to obtain sufficient degree ofcompetitiveness. So, to explore the supervisor support and colleague supporteffects on turnover intention has become an important problem which must be solvedin the management theory and practice of organizational.This paper summarize the supervisor support,colleague support, turnoverintention and job involvement concepts, theory and domestic and foreign currentstudy, find that put the important antecedent variables, the inherent mechanism of jobinvolvement in the supervisor support and turnover intention into a unified frameworkis worthy of study. Therefore, based on the comment about the five dimensions ofsupervisor support(care benefits, material support, information support, emotionalsupport, value identity),colleague support, turnover intention and job involvement,this paper proposed model and the research hypothesis.In this study, we researchHangzhou area employees, put out totally340questionnares,271valid questionnaresrecovered, we use Spss and Amos software for data statistics, through the reliabilityanalysis, validityanalysis and structural equation modeling, in order to research theinherent function mechanism among the five dimensions of supervisor support,colleague support, and turnover intention. And the mediating effects of jobinvolvement.Through empirical research, this research draws the following conclusion:1.Giveemployees more superior support can effectively reduce their turnover tendency in thework environment;2.Enhance colleague support can effectively reduce employee’sturnover intention in the work environment;3.In addition to information support, jobinvolvement has mediating effects to the relationship among the dimensions of supervisor support, colleague support, and turnover intention;4.Supervisor supporteffect on employee’s turnover intention is higher than that of colleaguesupport;5.Variance analysis results show that, in addition to the gender and age,demographic variables like degree, industry type, company departments and workinglife selected in this study has impact on the variables.This paper analysis of coworker support, supervisor support how to workthrough work involved in the effects of employee turnover intention. In view of theresearch conclusion, we proposed that the enterprise should pay more attention tosupervisor support, colleague support in the workplace, and we also provide a seriesof management measures.
