With the development of china’s class hotel and rapid growth of Chinese economy, our hotel industries are bound of unlimited business opportunities, with the meantime, the competition between hotels is fierce, the negative competition such as price war, bring about the turnover of the staff of hotelsIn this article the junior staff of Stars Hotel Changsha as the research object, through a questionnaire form was investigated in detail, from the psychological contract, organizational support on turnover intention of correlation and regression equation are analyzed. The author has sent out425questionnaires, among them there are400valid questionnaires, The scope of the release from the economic hotel chain to three to five Stars Hotel Stars Hotel and the scope for junior staffs who working at the department of food and beverage, Concierge, guest room and so onThe research indicated that, the psychological contract of material incentive, development opportunities, environmental support and perceived organizational support and instrumental support and emotional support were in significant correlation; Psychological contract of material incentive, opportunity, environmental support and turnover intention has significant negative correlation; Perceived organizational support, instrumental support and emotional support and turnover intention has significant negative correlation. This article shows that perceived organizational support and psychological contract on turnover intention influence obviously, improve the hotel employees perceived organizational support and psychological contract is the key.
