So, we need to doscientific assessment of environmental performance, this can leave the government to be moreeffective for environmental issues related to the managing direct, also it is beneficial toenterprises to do scientific assessment in its own environmental management, and to improveenvironmental performance of their own. So, enterprises environment performance assessmentresearch is significant.Paper is separated by six sections. To remove wedge and concluding part, Chapter two isrelated to the theory of outline, it provides basic theories of environmental performanceassessment research; Chapter three is related to the relationship between environmentalperformance and economic performance of papermaking enterprises, and through interactionanalysis, make sure that the relationship between them must be analysis from surface andinternal; Chapter four make the relationship between environmental performance and economicperformance for basic framework, and combat characteristics and theory analysis ofpapermaking enterprises in our country, then reference the ISO14301and Ecological efficiencyevaluation criteria, in the end to build the environmental performance assessment indicatorsystem, use questionnaire to prove the indicator system.
