| Quality inspection is an important work for quality management, and it is not the missing parts in quality management process. NY testing center of quality inspection lab implemented the ISO9000international quality system, and its quality management has made some achievements, but along with the process of globalization intensifies, the quality testing requirements are stricter. In order to adapt to these changes and requirements, it is necessary to study the total quality management, to improve the existing quality management mode, and establishment scientific quality management system which is adapt to the current situation and the future development needs inspection institution, in order to improve the quality of the final product, the quality of the inspection report.This paper researched the NY testing center of quality inspection lab from the whole process, comprehensive, quality management methods diversity, and initiated quality management maturity evaluation model, established evaluation index system of laboratory quality, and evaluated its quality management maturity by using the AHP and fuzzy theory, then analyzed the existing problems and influence factors of the laboratory quality management. According to the specific circumstances of the quality inspection laboratory, the paper put forward the improvement suggestions for the total quality management system.Which are follows:establish complete total quality management consciousness; strengthen quality management in the whole process of quality inspection application; strengthen quality management system construction; strengthen human resources of the total quality management; constructed laboratory information management system. |
