Research On Quality Inspection By The Quality Management System KS

With the increasingly fierce and open testing service market, as the testing service providers, testing laboratories or relevant organizations have to establish their quality management system accord with international guild line, and keep them running effectively, which is also the way to ensure them to provide scientific, fair, efficient and accurate testing service for their customers.The relevant theory and method of testing laboratory quality system are summarized insection II of this paper, which includes some basic concepts, methods and the development of quality management. Taking KS quality inspection institution as the research background, this paper describe the setup quality management system. By the way of the internal and external auditing and customer satisfaction survey, the running effectiveness of quality management system of KS quality inspection institution of is analyzed, the existing problems are pointed out. Inoder to solve those problems and improve the effectiveness of the quality management sysytem, we proposed several strategies and suggestions. The research results can be used to help similar organizations to setup their quality management system and improve runing effectiveness.
