Research On Laboratory Quality Control Of Shandong X Quality Inspection Institute

Shandong x quality inspection institute is the integration of testing,research and standard revision. It is the third-party comprehensive inspection institution independent of the manufacture, sale and use. It made significant contributions to control product quality and safeguard consumers'rights of purchasing goods.In recent years, Shandong x quality inspection institute has been hard to boost the progress of laboratory technology and to promote the level of management. Standardizing work procedures, enhancing the technical strength, assurancing testing quality and providing satisfactory service is the quality policy of Shandong x quality inspection insititute.Shandong x quality inspection institute didn't get satisfactory results in one inter-laboratory comparison organized by CNAS. This suggests that there are problems in its process of laboratory quality control. CNAS advised it make self-examination, and reform timely rectification. To help Shandong x quality inspection institute find where the problems are, I do this research especially.Firstly, this study took the customer satisfaction investigation as analysis tool to evaluate overall situation of laboratory management. In order to make the survey results can truly reflect our satisfaction index, the agency established the satisfaction investigation by project management way.The agency leaders are dominant players, market department called laboratory customers. Team members communicated each department according to the testing workflow, and established customer satisfaction index system.Finally we analyzed survey results.Secondly,facing the low customer satisfaction, Laboratory carried out a comprehensive quality audit.Thirdly, this study utilize questionnaire investigation, causality diagram and other means to deeply analyse ten elements of laboratory management technical requirements. And using the pareto diagram to lock key elements which influence laboratory quality management. These key elements are Personnel, equipment and testing method of calibration, facilities and environment conditions, testing results of quality assurance and measuring traceability. Finally, i put forward improving scheme direct at specific problems existing in Personnel, equipment and testing method of calibration, facilities and environment conditions, testing results of quality assurance and measuring traceability.
