| Since the21st century, with China’s accession to the WTO and the influx of foreign financial institutions, the social environment faced by China’s banking industry has undergone tremendous changes, particularly the increasing domestic and foreign competition. Modern enterprises’competition, in the final analysis, is a talent competition, thus, in the increasingly fierce market competition, development of human resources is very necessary and urgent.The purpose of the research through some qualitative and the quantitative analysis in this article aims to discover the inadequacies of the existed staff training in the Rural Credit Cooperative Union, and put forward some proposal target-oriented suggestions to design a set of training system to provide the effective instruction for the Rural credit cooperative current staff training work, raising the existing staffs quality level, as well as meeting the demands of talent person for the Rural Credit Cooperative Union.In reference to massive literature concerned staff training management, has concluded the present situation of the staff training in Rural credit cooperative by carrying on the questionnaire survey, the interview and the analysis, and found out staffs’ question spots. Such spots can be concluded as follows:The former training has not formed the core corporate culture to instill to its stuff and the training system which lacked systematicness and planning was not perfect. Also, the stuff training has not been able to unify with the staff career development as a result of lacking position analysis and incentive measures.According existing problems of the training situation, the Rural Credit Cooperative Training are suggested to build a training system for common development of the Rural Credit Cooperative and its stuff. In view of this core, this article discourses mainly from the aspects of the design principles of the training system, integrant parts, construction foundation, flow management system, related institutional framework.Through the optimization of the well-designed training system, training of the Rural credit cooperative Union in A country can be combined with the cooperative development strategy, forming a training system based on the Corporate University which provides systematic and target-oriented training, improving the comprehensive quality of all stuff, thus realizing the Rural credit cooperative Union’s strategic goals of fast development soon. |
