Research On The Development Strategy Of Rural Credit Cooperative Union Of Feicheng

All along,the rural credit cooperatives are an integral part of Chinese rural financial institutions.However,with China's accession to WTO and the continuous reform of the financial system,the traditional rural credit cooperatives faced impact of external forces,while the management system and the mode of operation makes its own backward rural credit cooperatives in rural financial markets are facing a dilemma.How to develop a reasonable strategy to actively respond to the plight of the current competition,which is crucial not only for rural credit cooperatives to maintain its position in the market,but also related to deepening the reform of the rural financial market.First,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign theories of rural credit cooperatives and rural finance and teases out the various theories of strategic management.On the basis of the actual research,the paper by means of "PEST" analysis tool,combined with a lot of information,analyze the macro environment of Rural Credit Cooperative Union of Feicheng.Analyzed from four different perspective about political environment,economic environment,social environment,and technological environment,we are aware of opportunities and threats which Rural Credit Cooperative Union of Feicheng faces and we research on the industry environment of Rural Credit Cooperative Union of Feicheng deeply.Additionally,this paper,from organizations,human resources and networks,capital adequacy and other aspects,analyze strengths and weaknesses of Rural Credit Cooperative Union of Feicheng.On the basis of the detailed analysis of internal and external environment of Rural Credit Cooperative Union of Feicheng,the paper uses SWOT Analysis,to sum up objectively strengths and weaknesses of Rural Credit Cooperative Union of Feicheng which currently exists,and opportunities and threats which Rural Credit Cooperative Union of Feicheng is faced with,thereby establishing SWOT matrix analysis to get development strategies which matches the status quo.Finally,this paper focuses on how to guarantee the implementation of the development strategies.This paper discussed how to rationalize management system,optimize the organizational structure,construct a unique corporate culture,make innovative products and services,and focus on human resource development and other aspects deeply to ensure the successful implementation of development strategies.By means of these measures,Rural Credit Cooperative Union of Feicheng will establish his core competitiveness to stay an invincible position in the market competition.
