In recent years, the import and export trade of Chinese agrochemicals, special for export, was increasing remarkably. But the trade is facing some challenges also. These challenges come as followings:firstly, most of pesticide enterprises lack core competitiveness and sustainable development ability; secondly, agrochemicals enterprises are short of owned brands and highly-qualified international marketing personnel; thirdly, the ability of pesticide companies to perform well in international marke is very weak. DCH Co., Ltd. is pressed by these challenges also. Under current deepening circumstances for both economic globalization and enterprise internationalization, how to address marketing problems at present stage, understand internal and external environment, establish international marketing strategies and participate actively in the new round of international competition, is the issue that DCH has to consider and plan for further international market development.On the base of modern international marketing management theories and other related theories, this article reviews internal and external environment faced by DCH and analyzes main problems at present by using SWOT analysis model. Based on the above analysis, this article chooses target markets and entry models to target markets for DCH. Aiming at the problems that DCH is facing at present, such as products quality, homogeneous products, lack of brand awareness, products price adjustment lack of flexibility, too long sales channels, weak promotion, not enough attention to participating in trade shows, unconsciousness in political power and public relations, based on the megamarketing concept, this article studies international marketing strategies for DCH company. Meanwhile, this article points out three issues which DCH needs to concern, including training professional personnel, strengthening the registration of agrochemicals, controlling risks.The study on international marketing strategies of DCH Co., Ltd. is of great guiding significance and much more help for its international market development. At the same time, the marketing strategies could be valuable reference to enterprises which want to participate and enlarge international market share.
