Study On Vocational Traning And Employment Solving For Youth In Employment Agencies Managed By Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union

Labour and employment are important issue of each countries, especially to countries with young population and the majority of the youth are in the labour force as in Vietnam, which directly affect to the stability of the social and country’s development.The system of vocational training centers and employment agencies established and managed by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union have been operating for nearly30years now. Besides achievements and good contributions, those centers and agencies has shown weaknesses and challenges that need to be overcome.As an officer in the management board of Youth Union, during the time studying social management program by lecturers in the economic institute of Northen East China University of Education, I proposed with Secretary board of Youth Union to conduct a subject as headquarter level to evaluate the real situation of the system of vocational tranining centers and employments agencies managed by the Youth Union all over the country. My proposal is accepted. Currently, I am also a member of the managment board of a headquarter level subject approved and granted by the Ministry of Sience and Environment in2011-2012. The essay report " Real situation of vocational traning and employment solving for youth in employment agencies managed by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union" is a result of direct studying of myself and other colleagues, hences it has an important value in both argument and reality, which helps the Secretary Board of the Youth Union to strengthen its managment ability to improve the effectiveness of employment agencies.Base on the studying result, the report drew a conclusion and recommendations to the Natioanl Party, the State and the Ministry of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs, the Secretary Board of the Youth Union and other professional social organizations.
