The Haimen Communist Youth League Serves Youth Entrepreneurship Research

Our country has entered the "public entrepreneurship,innovation" era,in the background of the current open under the globalization,youth entrepreneurship as a major issue in a complex,not only influenced by the aspects of economy,politics and culture,is closely connected with the different individual ability and quality,world outlook and values.Although the youth entrepreneurship in China increased in activity,but the overall low rate of entrepreneurship,lack of entrepreneurial resources,lack of innovation.The municipal Party committee should give full play to the functions of organizing the youth,guiding the youth,serving the youth and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the youth,so as to promote the youth entrepreneurship.In this paper,Haimen Municipal Corporation as the research object,the use of market failure and government failure theory,public governance theory,non-profit organization theory,human capital theory,using empirical analysis,literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,first analysis of Haimen Municipal Corporation Service youth entrepreneurship status,and then points out the existing Haimen Municipal Corporation Service youth entrepreneurship work,including:lack of funds,services for youth entrepreneurship and employment methods unscientific,youth training participation is not high,not high quality of youth entrepreneurship training base.Based on the analysis of Haimen Municipal Corporation Service young entrepreneurs working in the cause of the problems,mainly including:to help youth entrepreneurship financing is not comprehensive,entrepreneurship policy implementation and advocacy services are not in place,Haimen Municipal Corporation on youth training organization management is not standardized,the lack of long-term mechanism of entrepreneurial practice platform.Finally,put forward to strengthen the Haimen municipal corporation serves young entrepreneurial work suggestions:break the financing bottleneck,establish and perfect the venture service system,to enhance the level of youth entrepreneurship training to strengthen youth entrepreneurship,strengthen the social service support platform construction.In this paper,through the analysis of Haimen municipal Party committee to help support innovation and organizational structure of youth employment,I hope to inspire other youth work units and organizations,in order to improve the implementation of the youth entrepreneurship work,make some efforts and contributions for our country to solve the problem of youth entrepreneurship.
