Research On Key Factors And Countermeasures For The Youth Employment In Shanghai

The youth employment has been one of the most important society issues of China during the reform period. It's related with kinds of issues, such as society stability, economy development talent construction and the life of the youth. It's very important to regard the youth employment issue.This thesis firstly compiled the theory of the youth employment issue's actuality to find out the theoretic foundation of the macro and micro key factors of the youth employment issue. Firstly, this thesis made a further study on the actuality and characteristics of the youth employment of shanghai from the aspects of the unemployment rate, the ratio of supply and requirement, industry flow and region flow of labor forces. Then from the Macro Visual Angle, regarded with the actuality of the youth employment of shanghai, the thesis analyses how the economy growth and the supply and requirement of labor forces and industry structure changes affect the youth employment of shanghai from the theoretic paper and the macro practice data. Then form the Micro Visual Angle, the thesis has a research on the micro key factors of the youth employment of shanghai through the questionnaire with the youth and the employer of shanghai. At last, based on the macro and micro key factors, the thesis advances many feasible advices, according to the foreign experiences and the advices of the youth employment experts of Shanghai.Primarily, the first two chapters were mostly literature research, which constructed the thesis' theoretic frame work by the research of the relative theoretic materials on the third sector and the youth employment. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the thesis used the method of system dynamic modeling to study the harmony development pattern among the three sectors. With the help of SPSS11.5, the forth chapter used the method of factor analysis to find out the key factors influencing the youth employment and the way the third sector promote the youth employment.On the suggestion part, besides the research on the international and domestic experiences, the method of experts interview was also concerned, which aimed to understand the programming and currency of the youth employment and subsequently to make the policy suggestion more practical and feasible.
