Study On The Constructive Problems Of Farmer Cooperative Organization

Despite the farmers have enhanced the dominant position in agriculture since Chinesecountry implemented the household contract responsibility system,peasants also faced thechallenges from Socialist Market Economy.Because individual small-scale production ofdispersive peasants own the relatively low ability in resisting the large market risk. FarmerCooperative Organization is this kind of organization which relieve the contradiction betweenindividual farmers’ small-scale production and the large market. Constructing the FarmerCooperative Organization was of great significance in promoting the social construction ofrural regions,realizing the development of agricultural industrialization and modernizationand solving the “three-nong” problems.Based on the perspective of social interaction,social organization and social operationtheory,the paper specially point out the new period backgrouds and cooperative content ofFarmer Cooperative Organiazation.With the mothod of case study,the discussion analyse theestabished foundations of YD Village Specialized Cooperative,the contents of cooperation andthe influences on the social construction of YD village. On the basis of that,the thesis devidesinto six parts to research the problems during cooperative construction,which is fundsshortage,weak driving,cooperative running,the content of cooperation,leaders andunderstanding.Finally the paper carry out the countermeasures from six mainly parts offinancing channels,the vitality of cooperative,regulating the running of cooperative,achievingdiverse consociation,cultivating leaders and organically building the government supportsystem.It’s realistic,necessary and possible to achieve the operation of Farmer CooperativeOrganiazation from the visions of sociology. As a result of staying at early stage ofdevelopment,Specialized Cooperative play a less role in social construction of YDvillage,because its troubles come from both inside and outside during its construction.Withthe analysing of investigation，if Farmer Cooperative Organizations form the development ofscale and industry，it will all-round improve the village social construction.Therefor,it is thegreatest important to form ‘inner driving force’ from cooperative itself.Except that strongerpromoting is acquired the ‘external driving force’ by government,enterprises, etc.
