Research On The Influence Of The Social Capital Of Farmer Cooperative Organization Development

The central file no. 1(2015) pointed out that to increase the role of social capital on rural development,and guide and encourage social capital into the business to improve farmers’ quality of life in the countryside. Social capital is a kind of the core elements such as trust,norms and networks can get harvest in the process of cooperation of available resources. Central explicitly put forward to build a new type of agricultural management system, encourage the development of farmer professional cooperative, joint-stock cooperation, and other forms of farmer cooperative organization,at the same time,strengthen the standardized operation guide cooperation organization. Farmer cooperative organization is developed on the basis of household contract responsibility system to increase the members of the income of mutual cooperation and service for the purpose of the interests of the community,it is run by farmers voluntary and a particular industry or product. Farmer cooperative organization development is related to a major problem for farmers and rural development and information in the process of organization development is an essential factor.(2)information synergy has significant positive correlation with farm cooperative organization development. Among them, the access to information and information quality degrees of farmer cooperative organization development has significant positive effect.(3) social capital has significant positive correlation of information synergy effect. Among them,trust,norms and social network of information synergy degree has significant positive effect.(4) information synergy of farmer cooperative organization development in the social capital has played a part in the process of the influence of the intermediary role. Among them,the information on trust and social network influence to farmer cooperative organization development process has partial intermediary effect,and information synergy in normative influence to farmer cooperative organization development in the process of mediation effect was not significant.The innovation of this article lies in:(1) the information together as a intervening variable, reveals how social capital through collaborative information affect farmer cooperative organization development, farmer cooperative organization development provides a new research idea;(2) the established social capital,information,together withthe farmer cooperative organization development between the three theoretical models,and the empirical analysis using the statistical software,has a certain practical significance.
