The Mechanism Research About External Support System To The Innovation Performance

"Innovation will be prosperous, no innovation will be dead", This is the market economy competition law.The necessity of enterprise existence is that it can provide continuously marketable goods and services to the society, which requires the enterprise must possess exuberant vitality, only continuously promoting the innovation, the enterprise can win in the incentive market competition, small and medium enterprises is the main force of zhe jiang economy, so innovation in small and medium enterprises is particularly important. According to the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in zhe jiang province, the quality of innovation environment determines the innovation performance, therefore, create innovative environment has been become the key problems of economic development. This paper studies the mechanism of action between external support system and the innovation performance, separately inspected legal environment, market environment, financing environment, intermediary services, social culture, talent environment and their influence strengthen to innovation performance.Entrepreneur is the never failure source and primitive force for enterprise innovation, in the external support system for enterprise innovation consistent cases, entrepreneur’s cognition will produce different impact on innovation performance this paper will discuss except the relationship between external support system and the innovation performance, but also hope to discuss the function of entrepreneurs cognitive factors in the relationship, so as to combine with internal and external factors,comprehensively study the influence mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprise innovation performance.This study selected400small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Zhe jiang province,337valid questionnaires, involving five industries including food, beverage, Textile, clothing, fur; Wood, furniture, Plastic, plastic, Electronic machinery, equipment instrument and so on, the statistical analysis found that external support system and innovation performance are significantly positive relationship, also found that all the dimensions in external support system have different influences to the innovation achievements, financing environment has the largest influence on innovation performance, talent environment to the innovation achievements affect is the minimum. In addition, entrepreneurs cognitive plays a positive adjustment role in the relationship between external support system and innovation performance.
