Research On The Mechanism Of Entrepreneur Social Capital To Technological Innovation Performance Of Technological SMEs

With the rapid development of new technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,mobile Internet and cloud computing,human social and economic development has stepped into the era of "big data".The development of big data is promoting the transformation of enterprise management to the direction of holographic ecological environment,socialized operation,online and offline integration,data-based management decision-making,virtual organization structure and equal power of members,which has a new impact on the existing production mode,operation mode and management mode of the enterprise and causes profound changes in the operation and management of the enterprise.At the same time,the development of big data also creates a new market competition environment,which provides new opportunities,new models and new ways for the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,the cross-border search and sharing of knowledge and the open cooperation among enterprises have become the significant characteristics of the development of enterprises in the era of big data.Technological SMEs are successful examples of the combination of science and technology and economy,and also the main force to improve the independent innovation ability of our country.After more than 40 years of development,although they have made some achievements in economic and social development,they are still faced with the development dilemma of insufficient human and information resources,serious shortage of innovation resources,and single innovation means in reality.Therefore,in the era of big data,how technological SMEs get rid of their own strength constraints to achieve innovative development and enhance their competitive advantage has become a focus of academic and practical fields.Entrepreneurs,as creators and key learning agents of enterprise networks,directly determine thesurvival and development of enterprises.As a key channel for enterprises to obtain innovation resources,their social capital is an important force and effective means to promote technological innovation of technological SMEs.Based on this,starting from the background of the era of big data,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurial social capital and technological innovation performance of technological SMEs with organizational learning and dynamic ability as mediating variables,and big data ability and environmental uncertainty as moderating variables.This study focuses on four specific issues: first,can technological SMEs achieve technological innovation through entrepreneurs' social capital? Second,how does social capital of entrepreneurs promote technological innovation of technological SMEs? Third,is there an intermediate path between entrepreneurs' social capital and technological innovation performance of technological SMEs? Fourth,in the process of innovation performance of technological SMEs are there any contingency factors influencing their entrepreneurs' social capital? The results of the study are expected to reveal the mechanism of entrepreneurs' social capital in the technological innovation process of technological SMEs in the era of big data,and further enrich the research perspectives in the fields of entrepreneurs' social capital,organizational learning,dynamic ability,big data ability,environmental uncertainty and technological innovation based on this,so as to promote the innovation and development of technological SMEs in the new era for more practical suggestions and countermeasures.Based on the resource view theory,organizational learning theory and dynamic capability theory,this study takes six provinces(cities)of Beijing,Shanghai,Liaoning,Hebei,Jilin and Yunnan as the research area,and takes the high-tech park,industrial park and software park of the above six provinces(cities)as the research object,and issues 810 questionnaires,and finally obtains 570 valid questionnaires Copies.Through empirical research,the following conclusions are drawn: First,there is a positive correlation between entrepreneurs' social capital and innovation performance of technological SMEs.Among them,structural dimension,relational dimension and cognitive dimension of social capital,can significantly promote the technologicalinnovation performance of technological SMEs;Second,organizational learning and its two dimensions(exploratory learning and utilization learning),dynamic ability and its two dimensions(resource integration ability and organizational reconstruction ability)are respectively plays in the relationship between the social capital of entrepreneurs and technological innovation performance of technological SMEs;Third,in the process of impact mechanism of entrepreneurs' social capital on the technological innovation performance of technological SMEs,organizational learning and dynamic capabilities play a chain intermediary role.In addition,organizational learning has a significant positive impact on dynamic ability.Fourth,big data ability can effectively strengthen the role of organizational learning in promoting the technological innovation performance of technological SMEs,but its three dimensions have different regulatory effects.Big data human resources and big data intangible resources are positively regulating the relationship between organizational learning or dynamic ability and technological innovation performance of technological SMEs,There was no significant regulatory effect as to big data tangible resources.Fifthly,the mechanism between organizational learning and technological innovation performance of technological SMEs is positively regulated by environmental uncertainty,and environmental uncertainty positively regulates the intermediary path of organizational learning and dynamic capability;environmental uncertainty has no significant positive regulatory effect on dynamic capability and technological innovation performance of technological SMEs.Furthermore,environmental uncertainty has no significant effect on mediating path regulation of dynamic capability.This study enriches the research on entrepreneurs' social capital,technological innovation performance of technological SMEs and the relationship between them,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.First,through empirical research,this study analyzes and discusses the impact of entrepreneurs' social capital on technological innovation performance of technological SMEs,which not only makes up for the deficiency of existing empirical research on entrepreneurs' social capital,but also enriches and improves the theoretical connotation of entrepreneurs' social capital,laying an important foundation for the future research on entrepreneurs' social capital;Second,this study focuses on enterprises which is a special group,starting from the social capital of entrepreneurs,focuses on the analysis of its impact mechanism on the technological innovation performance of technological SMEs,enriching the practical path of technological innovation performance of technological SMEs;Third,this study takes organizational learning and dynamic capacity as intermediary variables,big data capacity and environmental uncertainty as regulatory variables,and constructs The integration model of technological innovation performance of technological SMEs affected by entrepreneurs' social capital is put forward.Through empirical analysis,the blind spots in the mechanism of entrepreneurs' social capital and innovation performance of technological SMEs are cleared up,and the defects in the interpretation of the internal mechanism of entrepreneurs' social capital and innovation performance of technological SMEs are filled.
