According to the development process of abroad large enterprises groups,we cansee that searching for expansion has become a common law through the integration ofindustrial-finance capital when the enterprises reach to a certain stage. In the21thcentury, china’s accession to WTO caused that the domestic enterprises have moremarket opportunity, and meanwhile face more severe market competition. In order totackle the economic globalization challenge and improve the competitiveness of theenterprises, the domestic enterprises begin to learn the experience of the bigmultinational company in business management, and accelerate enterprises merger andreorganization through the integration of industrial-finance capital.A enterprise group that is an enterprise of state assets operational managementestablished for a short time.on one hand it needs to vitalize the inventory assets with theaim of protecting and increasing the value of the state assets and do a good job in theresettlement of redundant staff;on the other hand, it should undertake the tasks tointegrate the non-core assets of the original XX head office’s subordinate organs andoptimize the resource distribution. I hope to use the idea and method that integration ofindustrial-finance capital to solve the most difficult problems about the A enterprisegroup’s assets management work, and try to make a useful exploration and an attemptfor the breakthrough of the assets operational management work. In this work,Icombined theory research and case study in the research way.In the aspect of theory research,first of all, the development process of theintegration of industrial-finance capital in business history was reviewed, while themotivation that companies had chosen the path of development the integration ofindustrial-finance capital was briefly analyzed.Secondly, I combed the concepts and therelevant theory about the integration of industrial-finance capital so far. Once more, Iconducted a analysis of the successful cases study of abroad large enterprises groups onthe basis of the theory research.At the end of the theory research, I analyzed anddiscussed the existing ways and means of the integration mode implementation.In the part of case study, In advance I briefly introduced the state of development of A enterprise group and its organs and analyzed the primal problems that the group faced inthe future development, and then proposed the integration of industrial-finance capitalas a basic thread of solving the development problems. After that, I analyzed theexternal environment and internal operation capacity of A group, and then preliminaryformulated mid-term development goals of A group through discussed the idea andorientation of development. Lastly I put forward the major measures and methods offunctional management for the mid-term development goals.
