With the development of science and technology, social progress, the pricecompetition in the core marketing strategy has been unable to meet current marketrequirements. Today’s communications market competition based on the channel as thecore of competition,especially the physical channels. Many other factors,the channelis the factor least likely to be rivals to imitate. At present, the vast majority of domesticenterprises are not limited to the communications industry enterprises, endure the painof the channel, especially since in recent years,China Mobile, China Telecom,China Unicom three operators into a full-service operation, for the physical channelmarketing and construction management companies feel powerless.With the opening of the whole business, several communications carriersinvariably recognize the significance and role of marketing channel management andconstruction, communications companies, has become a research topic for theconstruction and management of marketing channels. After China MobileCommunications Group Co., Ltd. Sichuan Guang’an Branch (The following referredto as Guang’an Mobile)the existing marketing channels status, there is quitereasonable, such as urban, rural network layout channel network of business andservices has not been effectively cut in order to enhance the the Guangan Mobilemarketing channels respond to the competitiveness of the whole business, it isnecessary to further strengthen the study and analyze the construction and managementof marketing channels.This thesis is to explore the status quo of all kinds of domestic and foreignmarketing channels, the application of marketing channels theoretical knowledge toolsare summarized, and use the tool to a comprehensive analysis of the problems thatexist in the the Guangan Mobile marketing channel status quo. Discussed on the basis ofthe analysis of the problem, the construction and management of the Guangan Mobilemarketing channels, channel construction and optimization of the basic principles inthe current context,combined with Guang’An Chuandong hills characteristics,and itsmain channel model for self-hall cooperation, specify the specialty stores, general dealersandvillageshop,etc.,optimizationofthelayoutscheme,reachedatheguanganmobilemarketingchannelsystemtooptimizethedirectionoffurtherstudy.
