Land transaction is an essential stage in developing modern agriculture and key topromote a new socialism countryside construction. Currently, rural land is the basic means ofproduction for farmers to live on and the guarantee of life-and-death for them. Under the trendof land transaction, it is inevitable that a large proportion of farmers would turn out to belandless, making noteworthy issue concerning how should the landless farmers sustain theirlivelihoods. Researching the farmers’ livelihoods problems after land transaction, analyzingthe livelihoods assets and livelihoods strategies under different family structures, and probinginto problems like the livelihood sustainability of landless farmers have significant referencevalue for relevant departments to formulate corresponding stable and supporting policies andmeasures, and of great significances for stabilizing local social security, promoting localeconomic construction and development, pushing forward the building a well-off society inan all-round way, and building a harmonious society.This paper takes Qingzhou city, Shandong Province, as an example to analyze the statusquo, experience, and existing problems of land transaction there; based on this and the surveydata, this paper quantitatively describes the conditions such as the livelihoods assets andlivelihoods strategies of farmers after the land transaction in Qingzhou city under theguidance of the sustainable likelihood analysis framework; meanwhile this paper usingempirical analysis contrastively analyzes the distinction among livelihoods assets, livelihoodsstrategies, and working sites of farmers under different family structures, and OLS regressionanalysis to analyze the impacts of different family structures on farmers’ income; ultimately,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures aimed at research conclusions.The main research conclusions of this paper obtained are as follows:(1)Among thelivelihoods assets of farmers, human capital, natural capital, financial capital, and socialcapital are relatively less while material capital is relatively more, but the livelihoods assetsunder different family structures are different;(2)After the land transaction, farmersmaintain their livelihood mainly by work income and rental income of land transaction, andcertain differences exist in the sources of family income under different family structures;(3)In the choice of work sites, farmers primarily work in their own villages, and differences among the work sites of different family structures are not significant;(4) Families withchildren(H2)and families with the aged and children(H3)have notable positive influenceon the total household income, families with children(H2)have marked negative effect onagricultural income, while families having no children or the aged(H4)have striking positiveimpact on it, families with the aged and children(H3)and families having no children or theaged(H4)have remarkable positive influence on work income, and families with the aged(H1)have marked negative effect on business income.
