E company is set up in1998and located in Dongguan, mainly engaged in semiconductorchip IC manufacturing. With more than10years of development it established a professionalengineering team and service team, and has accumulated a certain customer groups. Withmore and more competitors semiconductor manufacturing enterprises are facing the survivalpressure increases. Meanwhile, customers’ requirements are continuing to increase. Ecompany’s old organization structure and new product develop process are too old to meet therequirements of customers. In order to improve the satisfaction of customers to gain moreshare of business and reduce internal consumption, E company procedure improvement is theproblem that is to be solved urgently.Process optimization is developed from process reengineering. It treats the businessprocesses as optimized object and the center. Its purpose is to establish standard operatingprocedures for the target. It analyzes the existing enterprise process, keeps the advancedmanagement mode and the information request portion. This study method can be popularized to other small and medium-sized enterprises.
