Study On Quality Management Of Vacuum System Equipment In A Semiconductor Company

As we all know,the semiconductor industry,that is,the chip industry,as a high-end manufacturing industry,has always been a key national development industry.In recent years,with the increasing trade frictions between China and the United States,the United States has increased its "neck clamping" behavior in China’s high-tech field,and the pressure on the domestic chip manufacturing industry is increasing.At the same time,the market demand for chips is also increasing,"chip shortage" has become the main theme of the domestic chip market in 2021.But similarly,challenges are accompanied by opportunities.The task of independent chip production is imminent.The state is also strengthening its efforts to support the better development of the semiconductor industry.In order to meet the market needs of domestic chips,many semiconductor manufacturing enterprises have sprung up in China in recent years.For a long time,the chip manufacturing industry has been a short board of China’s manufacturing industry.There is still a large gap between the domestic chip design and manufacturing and the foreign level.In order to reduce the gap with foreign chip manufacturing and improve the level of domestic semiconductor industry,the state has invested heavily in domestic chip manufacturing industry to get rid of the dilemma of being "stuck".Chip manufacturing involves many process links,and the production process is particularly complex.It needs high-quality and stable operation of production equipment to ensure stable production.A semiconductor company is a chip manufacturing enterprise,which is at the upstream level in the field of domestic chip production and manufacturing,and has certain quality management ability for the smooth operation of equipment.However,this company has some problems in the operation and management of vacuum equipment,and analyzed the operation of vacuum equipment in the process of chip production and manufacturing in combination with my knowledge and theory,Put forward some views and suggestions for improvement.On the basis of summarizing and sorting out the quality management theory and quality control methods,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of vacuum equipment quality control in the chip production process of a semiconductor company,and deeply analyzes the problems and causes of vacuum equipment quality management in a semiconductor company,and then based on the quality management method and quality control theory,Put forward the vacuum equipment quality improvement scheme for a semiconductor company: establish a reasonable quality management organization structure,promote the establishment of vacuum equipment quality management system,establish quality control mechanism,cooperate with equipment manufacturers,and build a resource database for the disposal of vacuum equipment quality problems.Finally,it puts forward the improvement scheme of vacuum equipment quality management of a semiconductor company and the guarantee measures.This paper gives a general description of the vacuum equipment quality management used in the chip manufacturing industry.Through the identification and analysis of the vacuum equipment quality management problems of a semiconductor company,this paper puts forward targeted improvement schemes and guarantee measures,and finally forms a stable quality management system.It is hoped that the improvement methods and research methods adopted in this paper will have some help and reference significance for other semiconductor manufacturing companies in the same field to improve the stability of equipment operation and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
