The invention of semiconductor has brought great changes to the development of human civilization,and has realized the revolutionary development in the fields of electronics,information technology and multimedia technology.With the continuous development of semiconductor manufacturing technology,semiconductor manufacturing has gradually shifted from the production to inventory quantitative order of small batch production,the enterprise has brought greater pressure in the control of the production cycle and the delivery time of the management of semiconductor manufacturing,to meet customer needs will be more difficult,and the problem of management strategy of new product introduction the enterprise will become more important.In this paper,S semiconductor enterprise as an example,the introduction of new product F management problems.First of all,based on comprehensive elaboration of domestic and foreign scholars' research,combined with the product life cycle theory,technology maturity theory and system control theory,an overview of relevant theories,provide corresponding theoretical support for the research into the semiconductor new product F.Secondly,using S semiconductor company as an example,the introduction of the enterprise,F analysis of new products into the situation,and pointed out that the new F products in the import management problems,including the integration plan and key chain control needs to be strengthened,organizational structure and process adjustment,coordination and control problems and risk control problem.On the basis of new product introduction of F process optimization,and from the preparation stage,small batch production stage,production review and feedback assessment in four stages each stage of new product introduction of F management.At the same time,analyzes the implementation process of new products into the F program,including the strengthening of new product life cycle of the F key to control and optimize the original matrix organization structure,control of all aspects of the progress and the establishment of risk warning mechanism from the angle of system.Finally,put forward measures to ensure new products S semiconductor business F into the implementation of the program,including the establishment of three level planning system,the establishment of the new product F into the core management team,the establishment of quality and cost control mechanism and establish the dynamic mechanism of the risk management plan.
