Turnover intention is one of the important questions in the field of turnover research. The article takes the small and medium-sized enterprises’ staff in the mobile Internet as the research object, mainly analyzes the relationship among personality, self-efficacy, and relationship network to turnover intention of employees, discusses the effect about self-efficacy between personality and turnover intention, and relationship network between self-efficacy and turnover intention. Based on the questionnaire investigation we find that self-efficacy, relationship network, extraversion, conscientiousness, and emotional stability of the personality are negative influence on turnover intention obviously, self-efficacy does intermediary effects to the turnover intention’s affection from extraversion, conscientiousness and emotional stability, scale and center of the relationship network moderates the relationship between self-efficacy and turnover intention. In the end of this Paper, we put forward the corresponding management advice on how to keep employees from turnover. Hope to provide some references for the small and medium-sized enterprises of the mobile internet industry.
