Along with the rapid development of mobile communications and internet technology, the trend of dual-network integration is accelerated. China mobile internet industry chain and business model has gradually become a hot spot of marking in ten years after the construction and exploration, especially after the telecommunications reorganization, and to the third generation mobile communication system in the process of transition, the mature mobile communications network and content platform will continue to promote the development of mobile Internet industry, and the development of the huge market potential users.Actor-Network Theory (ANT)found by Bruno·Latour (1947-) who is a scientific knowledge of contemporary French sociologist, theory re-describes the process of scientific understanding of the role played by the various existing, and with the actors (Actor) to indicate such presences. The network are consisted by all actors, and the network is "heterogeneous", in which each individual actors in different roles with their own needs, be regarded as playing an important role, along the network, each one actors benefit through the adjoining of other actors.This article has been drawn out the following conclusions:(1), using ANT and combining with the current status of China's mobile Internet industry, describing panoramic images of mobile Internet industry, and through the relevant mathematical models to test the application of Actor-Network Theory to mobile Internet industry.(2), through the construction of AN, give out a comprehensive exposition of profit model about the various actors of the mobile Internet industry.(3), focusing on the conflict of interests and objections among mobile Internet industry, put forward the coordination mechanisms and recommendations.
