Due to situational factors such as culture, the IT use performance in different regions and firms often show great differences. Existing studies show that organizational culture has important impact on the use of information technology, but few have studied the mechanism of the impact of organizational culture on the performance of IT use in-depth Therefore, it is meaningful to study the impact of key factors on information systems use performance from culture perspective. And it can help enterprises understand key factors influencing IT application and manage it more effectively. In this paper, the main work includes:First, based on the four cultural dimensions model proposed by American organizational behavior specialist Quinn and the actual research characteristics, analyze the impact mechanism of organizational culture on information systems use; secondly, from perspectives of three levels and four dimensions, explore the impact of organizational culture on the performance of information system use, and propose the assumptions and structural equation modeling; finally, through the design of the questionnaire, collect data from the Chinese mainland enterprises by random sampling, and then analyze the data by the tools SPSS18.0and AMOS18.0and explain the results.The empirical study has found that:(1) organizational culture has impacts on enterprise IT/IS use through three paths:employee satisfaction, management control efficiency and operational performance (2) different styles of organizational culture have different impacts on the application of information technology. The group culture has most significant impact on users’ satisfaction, management and control benefits and operation benefits. And hierarchical culture doesn’t show significant impact on the performance of IT/IS application.
