Knowledge creation, knowledge transfer and knowledge utilization become to be the most important factor of economic growth in the era of knowledge economy. How to improve the efficiency of individuals and organizations’knowledge transfer has gained more and more attention.Firstly, this paper reviews literatures related with knowledge network, knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer based on the different network structures, and then analyzes knowledge transfer among individuals and organizations from the personnal and organizational perspective. On the basis of weighted small world network, a informal knowledge transfer model among individuals is generated. The model is simulated using Matlab so as to discuss the effects of relationship strength and humanity attitude on the knowledge transfer efficiency. Build ing the knowledge transfer model within organizational knowledge super-network based on super-network theory, and then studying the effects of different knowledge transfer modes and the number of knowledge receiving party on the knowledge transfer efficiency.Through the analysis of various network models and the generation algorithm,we build the simulation model by Matlab, and the simulation results were analyzed. The results show that:From the perspective of individual, in the weighted small world network structure, the knowledge sender judged by the strength priority strategy during the process of knowledge transfer can bring the higher knowledge growth for individuals as well as the the bset balance of the whole knowledge network. And the more altruistic nodes, the better of knowledge transfer. From the perspective of organization, the mixed mode is the optimal model of knowledge transfer for organization in the long run. In the mixed mode, knowledge transfer performance is the best with the mixed ratio which is50%. At the end of each chapter, suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer is presented based on the simulation experiment.
